Were they both living together with their babies in the same enclosure, so that you know they weren't going for each other's babies. Is there any visible competition over the male?

In the wild a sugar glider group is run by an alfa couple, meaning that the rest most often won't have babies on their own, but will take care of the babies in the group. It is common that the alfa female kills the babies of a competitor and then the entire group (mother included) eats them. Thus there is a risk that the other female will eat the babies.

In my group I have experienced both, the alfa female going after the babies of the other one, but also the subordinate female taking care of the alfa's babies, even nursing them. A reliable source with instructions on how to nurse a joey can be found here or here

I think you can check how things are going under supervision, if she's attacking the babies. If so, it might be the case that you have to nurse them for a couple of days, until the mother is recovering a bit.

Send me your address in a PM and tomorrow morning I can send you (express) milk powder (it's a milk replacer made especially for sugar gliders) with instructions. From Stockholm to Norrköping it should arrive the same day if i post it in the morning as express. You can get a nursing kit from any farmacy, just check the section where they hold animal items. Even after a couple of days when the babies will return to her mother, you can help her with the extra milk.

PS: personally I wouldn't dare to put the babies together with the other female. But you know them better and you know the dynamics in your own group, but even if the other female will accept the babies, you will still need milk supplement, since there will be no nipples available for the other two babies
